3. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
4. Monitor and manage warehouse staff schedules and performance.
5. Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatching.
6. Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper storage conditions.
8. Prepare daily/weekly stock and movement reports.
9. Handle damaged goods, returns, and discrepancies.
10. Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
