Veterinary Client Service Representative, Part Time

Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) has been committed to delivering exceptional emergency and specialty veterinary care, ensuring pets receive the advanced medical attention they deserve for many years. Recognizing the need for high-quality veterinary services in underserved communities, GCVS is expanding its reach with a secondary satellite location in Webster, TX. This new facility will bring the same expertise, state-of-the-art technology, and compassionate care to a broader area, making critical and specialized treatments more accessible to pet owners. About the Role:
As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Compensation:

• $16 - $19 depending on experience
  • + $3/hr weekend differential

Schedule:

• Part Time (Sundays - Saturdays)
  • 2X10 hour shifts or 3X8 hour shifts
    • Days ONLY
