Summary:

Bon Secours Charity Medical Group Primary Care, Family and Internal Medicine is seeking a resident, fellow or an experienced Primary Care Physician searching for a better way to practice medicine to join our practice in Orange County, NY. We are looking for a quality physician interested in working in a midsize primary care practice located approximately 1 hour from New York City. Our primary care practices are all NCQA accredited Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH); where our team of healthcare professionals provide convenient access to high quality, coordinated care to the patients and communities they serve. 

Qualifications: 

· Must be board eligible or board certified in internal medicine or family medicine 

· MD/DO license 

· Active New York State medical license preferred
