We are seeking a Production Assistant to support daily production operations and ensure projects move efficiently from planning to execution. This role plays a key part in coordinating tasks, maintaining workflow organization, and assisting production teams to meet quality and timeline expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating production schedules and daily operational tasks
Support production teams with setup, preparation, and execution of projects
Maintain organization of materials, documentation, and production resources
Monitor progress and report updates to supervisors and team leads
Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed throughout production
Provide general on-site and operational support as needed
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
