What You’ll Do:

In this role, your primary focus will be preventative maintenance , ensuring that our state-of-the-art machinery remains in top condition. You will:

• Perform Regular Maintenance : Conduct scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
• Identify & Address Issues Early : Monitor machines for signs of wear, irregularities, or potential problems and take proactive steps to correct them before they lead to bigger issues.
• Document & Track Maintenance : Keep thorough records of all preventative maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and equipment standards.
• Collaborate with Operations : Partner with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities with production demands, minimizing downtime while maximizing efficiency.
• Assist with Repairs : Although the focus is on prevention, you'll also help with troubleshooting and repairs when necessary to keep operations smooth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : 2+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance programs.
• Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for spotting potential issues before they turn into major problems.
• Mechanical & Electrical Expertise : Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and the ability to read schematics. Experience with PLC systems is a bonus.
• Self-Motivated : You are proactive and take initiative when it comes to equipment care.
• Team-Oriented : Strong communication skills to work effectively with operators, supervisors, and fellow maintenance technicians.
