Job Description Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in the events industry, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of event planning and execution, from brainstorming creative concepts to logistical coordination and onsite support. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Maintain event schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure event success.
• Help with marketing and promotion efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
• Prepare event materials, including badges, programs, and signage.
• Set up and dismantle event locations, ensuring they meet specified requirements.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in event management or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
