Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage appointments using our dental software (Open Dental)
Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments
Respond to phone calls and online inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Perform light cleaning and restocking duties to keep the front desk area tidy
Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a dental office preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice software
Working knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
