Position: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 3+months

Pay Rate: $22/hr on w2 without benefits

Schedule: Shift 3rd 40 hours a week, possible OT, 10pm - 6:30am, 30 mins unpaid lunch; Training - Week 1 will be on days while going through orientation

Description :

• MAX 3 CANDIDATE SUBMISSIONS PER VENDOR, ONLY SUBMIT YOUR TOP CANDIDATES.
• Excel skills needed for this role. Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet.
• Maintains and revises data as necessary and keep correct data.
• Other clerical duties and tasks may be required.
• This is in a production environment: walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter the excel spreadsheet.
• This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant and helping other operations' functions. Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle). Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information.

Requirements:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience - 1+ years in data entry, clerical, or similar role
Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Must be comfortable utilizing
Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy. Individual should be intermediate.
Must be comfortable working in and walking through the production areas. This is not an office role. They will be on their feet for the majority of the shift.
Must wear PPE throughout the day
Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to do a lot of walking
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Housekeeping may be required
Work effectively with a variety of people



PPE :
-Must be clean shaven day 1 for the respirator fitting. If contractor arrives day 1 unshaved, will be turned away
-Steel-toe shoes, hard hat, lab coat, safety glasses must be worn while in the production areas.
