Collaboration: Working closely with functional consultants, developers, business owners, and end-users to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the final system meets quality standards through various testing phases.
Documentation: Preparing detailed test results, defect reports, and other necessary documentation in ALM.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams is essential.
Collaboration Skills: The ability to work in a team-oriented environment to ensure project success.
