Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, working with various materials to create high-quality components and structures. Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG/Flux Core techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid welding certification is preferred.
