We are a trusted provider of high-quality in-home care, dedicated to supporting our clients’ dignity, independence, and quality of life. About the Role As an Actikare caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, providing companionship, and helping them remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA) * Flexible scheduling * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave * Free continuing education and training * Referral program * Expected hours: 12–20 per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours Key Responsibilities * Provide friendly, supportive companionship * Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home, including appointments and walks) * Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Monitor clients and report any unusual changes or incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members * Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations Requirements * Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English * U.S. work authorization (required) * Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism * Compassionate attitude with excellent bedside manner * Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Physical ability to perform required caregiving tasks Equal Opportunity Employer Actikare Responsive In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
