Join Our Team as a Valet at the Oconomowoc Lake Club!

The Oconomowoc Lake Club is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our valet team! We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued members and guests.

Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of service. If you’re quick, efficient, and ready to provide a top-notch experience to everyone you encounter, we’d love to meet you!

Preferred Availability:

• Friday and Saturday evenings
• Holidays
• Occasional weekday and Thursday evenings

This position offers hourly pay, plus gratuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• First Impressions Matter: Greet members and guests with a friendly smile, offering a warm welcome to Oconomowoc Lake Club.
• Efficient Parking: Swiftly and safely park vehicles in an organized and secure manner.
• Ensure Vehicle Security: Confirm that all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Retrieve Vehicles: Promptly return cars to members and guests, ensuring they are ready to go when needed.
• Exceptional Service: Assist guests by opening and closing car doors with a smile, providing outstanding service every step of the way.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with no traffic violations or tickets within the past year.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Clean and professional appearance with all-black attire. Black jackets are allowed as this position requires you to be outside in the elements.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.
• Knowledge of driving a stick shift is a plus!
