Tutor Job Description:

Education Enrichment Services, (EES) is a tutoring, education and academic intervention company offering part time positions for teachers.

EES is hiring talented, creative and ambitious individuals. Locations: We have offices in Roseville and El Dorado Hills.

All tutor candidates undergo a rigorous, multi-step interview process in which they must demonstrate an exceptional teaching ability.

Tutor Requirements:

• Available for at least 6 hours/week between the hours of 12pm and 9pm. **Must be available for after school and weekend hours to serve students**.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year teaching / tutoring experience required.
• Of particular interest is high level mathematics, especially high school and college level, reading intervention and special needs.
• Must have reliable transportation and laptop.
• Must clear Live Scan Background check.

Tutor Responsibilities:

• Tutoring occurs mostly in afternoons and evenings until 9pm.
• Frequently placed with student for 2 hour sessions to maximize your time.
• Candidates reflect a high level of professionalism in presentation and communication.
• Experienced tutoring skills who are passionate about teaching.
• Dynamic individual with great people skills and outgoing personality.

Tutor Benefits We offer:

• Competitive pay structure: ($25 to $35) per hour depending upon relevant experience and education)
• Contract position.
