**Job Description:** The Test Quality Engineer is a critical hands-on role within the Corporate Quality team and interfaces regularly with our business groups and divisions to reduce manufacturing and product quality issues through cross-site collaboration and proactive propagation of best in class systems and techniques. This position requires a skilled and motivated data driven Engineer with >10 years of experience in semiconductor automated test including wafer sort and production final test for automotive and non-automotive products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various test HW (testers, probe cards and loadboards) and SW programming and debugging, e.g. Advanced Outlier Screening Techniques, algorithms and deployment (e.g. GDBN/ Good Die Bad Neighborhood, HVST/High Voltage Stress Testing, DPAT, SBL, etc.).
