Role Summary:
Seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) who thrives in high-pressure OR settings. You’ll support the surgical team in procedures requiring precision, speed, and compliance with sterile protocols.
Responsibilities:
Prep OR rooms with required instruments
Sterilize and arrange surgical equipment
Support procedures by passing instruments
Conduct instrument counts and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications:
CST from NBSTSA/NCCT
Surgical Tech diploma/certification
Minimum 1 year in an OR setting
Strong multitasking and collaboration
