Responsibilities: 

• Running and monitoring all store operations;
• Oversee all store departments and various department managers;
• Work with employees;
• Create work schedules;
• Communicate and place orders and/or oversee orders with suppliers;
• Deal with customer complaints;
• Be a team player and create a healthy work culture;
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities;
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
