What You Will Do

• Achieve: Intake and process donations to achieve or exceed the daily production and sales goals, while motivating the entire team to do the same.

• Lead: As part of the store supervisory team, t rain team on job functions, safety, loss prevention, and organizational policies and procedures. Perform important store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.

• Communicate: Uphold a high-quality store experience for customers. Resolve customer issues with tact and always represent Goodwill professionally. C ommunicate with your team and with appropriate staff members from other parts of the organization to create a positive work atmosphere.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• High school diploma or the equivalent required
• Experience leading people or teams
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, retail experience preferred
• Willingness to learn
• The ability to maintain productivity and work with a sense of accomplishment and urgency
• Proven ability to speak, read, write in English and calculate basic math functions
• Physical stamina to perform tasks for full work shift
