Deià Pediatric Therapy is seeking an energetic, motivated, and professional pediatric speech-language pathologist assistant to join our team! Schedules will be very flexible with opportunities to avoid cancellations. The position is school based in various locations within Hialeah and Miami Lakes.

• Provide individualized treatment based on plan of care provided by supervising SLP.
• Provide parent feedback and collaborate with team on progress.
• Collaborate with other team professionals regarding client’s progress and/or needs.
• Attend workshops or supervisory meetings.
• Conduct speech therapy in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Must have a Florida Dept of Health License as a speech language pathologist assistant.
• Must have ASHA membership.
• Must have a valid professional license.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Willingness to drive to nearby schools (2-3 locations maximum).
• Will require fingerprinting.
