Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

NOCCO USA is looking for our next Social Media Content Creator – someone who lives and breathes TikTok, dreams in Reels, and gets genuinely hyped when a post hits.    

About the Role

This is not a typical 9-to-5 marketing role. We are looking for someone who is already creating content in their free time, who understands what makes people stop scrolling, and who is keen to build their personal brand while helping us build ours. If you're the type of person who checks TikTok trends before you check your texts in the morning, keep reading.

You will be the driving force behind NOCCO's social media presence, primarily on TikTok and Instagram - with real creative freedom, resources to execute fast, and a front-row seat to learn what it takes to build a brand with serious momentum.

Reports to: NOCCO Brand Manager
Location: Los Angeles office (some travel and occasional weekends around events/launches)

What You Will Actually Be Doing:

CONTENT CREATION (the core)

• Create scroll-stopping content for TikTok and Instagram - videos, Reels, stories, posts - that feel native to each platform
• Be our trend radar: spot what is coming next and execute on it fast
• Collaborate with creators to co-create content that amplifies our reach
• Write captions that fit the moment and the platform

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT (non-negotiable)

• This is huge for us: reply to comments, DMs and mentions like you are talking to friends
• Build genuine relationships with our followers - not just broadcasting, but actually engaging
• Jump into conversations, elevate UGC, respond to UGC, and make people feel seen
• Monitor what people are saying about us and keep the energy positive and authentic

CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS

• Identify TikTok/Instagram creators who align with our brand for potential collabs
• Coordinate content partnerships that feel authentic, not forced

PERFORMANCE & STARTEGY

• Track what is working (and what is not) using analytics
• Test formats, hooks and posting times to optimize performance
• Bring fresh ideas to the table in team meetings - we want your perspective

PLATFORM INNOVATION 

• Stay obsessed with what is new on social - new features, new platforms, new trends
• Pitch creative campaigns that will make people talk

You Are Perfect For This If:

• You are already creating content – whether on your own TikTok, Instagram or just for fun – and can explain why certain videos blow up
• You can shoot, edit and post quickly without losing quality, using CapCut or similar tools
• You are comfortable both on camera and behind it
• You are a strong writer who can switch tone and style depending on platform and audience
• You are organised enough to juggle multiple projects but flexible enough to pivot when trends pop
• You genuinely care about fitness, wellness or lifestyle content
• You are proactive, curious, and not afraid to test, fail fast and try again
