Position Summary
We’re looking for a high-performing Service Drive Manager to lead our service team and elevate the client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in developing others, and believes in proactive service—not reactive repairs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service performance by building a client-first culture and leading by example.
  • Proactively monitor shop workflow, ensuring daily productivity and long-term team coverage (vacations, turnover, etc.).
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control by reviewing technician work processes and vehicle readiness before delivery.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely submission of warranty and goodwill claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fixed ops leadership to analyze monthly performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Keep the service facility safe, clean, and well-equipped.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Service Advisors to enhance communication, repair order accuracy, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Manage the open repair order list to ensure all vehicles are repaired, closed, and paid in a timely manner.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage workflows and review administrative documentation with precision.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with parts, sales, and collision departments.

  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and service procedures.

  • Ability to thrive independently while prioritizing time-sensitive responsibilities.
