Job Description
Insight Global is looking for 2 UX researchers to join their healthcare client's team. These researchers will be responsible for conducting both primary and secondary user research with a healthcare provider and patient population. The researcher will interview patients and providers (B2B) to understand their experience, translating those insights into actionable recommendations for product designers to improve user experience.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years UX research experienceExperience working in a healthcare industry
Experience using a variety of usability methods for both remote and in-person research, including: usability, survey, card sorting, heuristic evaluation (formal and informal), cognitive walkthroughs, participatory design/co-creation workshops
Bachelor's preferred
