We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing loan applications to assess the risk involved. You will work closely with the underwriting team to ensure that all applications meet the necessary criteria and guidelines. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, an excellent communicator, able to work independently, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ethical.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze options to match the client's qualifications
  
  
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure applications meet necessary criteria and guidelines
  
  
• Communicate with applicants to gather additional information as needed
  
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
  
  
• Contribute to process improvements and underwriting best practices
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-service role
  
  
• Computer literacy
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently
  
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset
  
  
• Self-motivated and ethical approach to work
  
  

Salary: $65,000 - $140,000


This is a 1099 - 100% Commission pay structure.
