Provided guidance to the legal and administrative areas of the company including, contracts, sales proposals, suppliers agreements, employment and separation agreements, M&A legal activities and due diligence and global laws and regulations compliance. Provided daily practical legal advice on corporate governance, financing, operations and transaction matters. Analyzd legal issues and risks with remedial solutions for disputes and pre-litigation matters. Closely monitored transaction flow and case status, and working with outside counsel for particular matters.
