RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records for multiple clients. 
• Prepare financial statements following GAAP guidelines. 
• Handle the preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance. 
• Prepare year-end work papers to facilitate year-end processes.
• Analyze financial records, identify variances, and conduct investigations as needed. 
• Create and analyze budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
• Prepare comprehensive financial packages for clients, providing valuable insights. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. 5 years of accounting experience in a senior role with a min. of 3 years experience working at a CPA firm 
• Excellent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting 
• Strong technology, multitasking and communication skills 
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

• Public Accounting experience required

   

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and achievement. 

Bonus: Annual bonus of up to 10% of the base salary based on company and individual performance.
