Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Scanning Operator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for candidates with robust experience in handling scanning tasks and working with sensitive records. The role requires technical proficiency and accuracy, and candidates with backgrounds in law firms or medical environments are highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Operate scanning equipment to digitize records and documents efficiently and accurately. - Handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism. - Organize and categorize scanned files to ensure proper documentation and accessibility. - Troubleshoot technical issues with scanning devices and resolve them promptly. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. - Maintain a clean and well-functioning scanning environment. - Assist in scaling scanning operations as project demands increase. - Follow established protocols for data security and privacy. - Ensure scanned files meet quality specifications and are free from errors. Requirements - Proven experience in scanning operations, preferably in law firm or medical settings. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. - Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with scanning equipment and software. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges independently. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. - Knowledge of data security and privacy protocols. - Flexibility to adapt to increased workload as the project scales.
