Salon Manager (Bluffton, SC)
We're looking for an experienced customer service leader with a passion for hair and beauty to run our Hilton Head Island location. If you've managed a busy hospitality team (think retail, restaurant, or front-of-house), we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Master our POS system for seamless bookings & operations
- Lead front desk & hospitality staff as floor manager
- Build schedules to keep staffing on point
- Support stylists & foster a positive, fun team vibe
- Deliver 5-star customer service every day
- Manage inventory, orders, and sales targets
- Hire, train, and coach front desk team
- Keep the salon spotless (cleaning, laundry, upkeep)
- Contribute to social media & local marketing
- Attend staff meetings & escalate to Ops/Owner as needed
- Maintain a smoke/vape-free environment
Schedule:
- Full time, 40 hrs/week.
- Baseline: Tue-Sat 9a-5p (flexible)
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly wage $20-$23/hr starting (DOE) + growth opportunities.

Qualifications required:
- Motivated, reliable, coachable, and a natural people person
- Proven experience managing a busy customer-facing team
- Beauty salon experience a plus (not required)
