OPEN POSITION: Full time Solar Sales Representative (Intermediate level)
SCHEDULE: 9am - 6pm CST
BASIC SALARY: P55,000 to P60,000/month still negotiable
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must have at least 3 years B2B & B2C sales experience in Solar Industry

GOAL: To hire a VA with specific solar sales experience and fluent communication skills to boost sales performance and customer engagement.
TASKS:
-Respond to inbound leads Phone Calls, Live Chat and Email Conversations
-Handle incoming phone calls and live chat
-Handle ongoing conversations with customers for sales
-Follow Ups with abandoned checkouts, quotes, system designs
-Follow ups to be done via phone during our business hours
-Personalize communication based on the items in their cart and any past interactions.
-Monitor CRM to know when it signals you to follow up and take action
-System Designs
-Contact customers when CRM pings you to do so
-Clarify if they need installer referrals, financing help, or changes to the design.
-Identify roadblocks (e.g., budgeting, install timeline, spouse approval).
-Coordinate with design team if adjustments are needed.
-Log all interactions and notes in the CRM / Pipeline Management and set reminders and follow-ups
-Keep all interactions logged and categorized in the CRM
-Update lead stages and mark follow-up reminders.
-Prioritize leads by value, urgency, or past engagement.
-Upsell complementary products (cables, combiner boxes, etc.) to existing customers or new ones who just placed an order
-Potentially upsell them to things they may need
-Daily check in update
Other requirements:
-Experience in handling inquiries, quoting (team mate for this), follow-ups, and abandoned checkouts
-Understands lead stages and customer journey basics
-Able to follow and improve SOPs
-Maintains accurate records and logs activity reliably in CRM
-Familiarity with our software stack
