Shifts Available: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Salary Range:
Less than 1 year: $27.42/hour
2-3 years: $29.89/hour
4-5 years: $31.12/hour
6-7 years: $32.36/hour
9-10+ years: $33.59/hour
16+ years: $36.95/hour
Shift Differential: $3.25/hour for Nights
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)

Join the respiratory care team at Ocala Health , which includes a 256-bed facility and a 174-bed facility serving Marion County and surrounding areas. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) , you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective respiratory care across a wide range of patient populations, including critical care cases in a Level II Trauma Center .
Administer all respiratory therapy procedures in accordance with protocols
Operate and manage acute care ventilators for mechanical ventilation
Maintain accurate and timely department documentation and records
Perform independently in the absence of a team leader
Collaborate with medical staff to support positive patient outcomes
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Must hold or be eligible for Florida RRT licensure
CRT experience will not be considered
