At Overhead Door Company were on the hunt for our next Garage Door Rock Star someone whos equal parts technician troubleshooter and customer service pro. What Youll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for residential garage door repairs installations and upgrades.
• Diagnose issues like a detective fix them like an engineer and upsell like a pro all while keeping customers happy.
• Work independently in the field with the support of a rock-solid team behind you.
• Tackle everything from sleek modern doors to vintage classics that need some TLC.

What Were Looking For:

• A natural people-person with a knack for sales and service.
• Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands.
• Detail-oriented quick-thinking and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
• No experience No problem! We provide paid training to help you become a certified garage door legend.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Able to lift 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting Pay: $25/hr during training
• Top Techs earn $75000 annually with incentives
• 8-hour shifts (MonFri or TuesSat)
• Overtime & weekend availability
