Registered Nurse – Case Management (Travel Position) Location: Conroe, TXJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 5x8 DaysPay: $1,724/week (plus $2,000 completion bonus per contract, up to $6,000 after three contracts) Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Case Management Unit in Conroe, TX, for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and dedicated to promoting each patient’s optimal level of independence and functional recovery. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted for inpatient rehabilitation. * Conduct thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. * Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses. * Support mobility and functional independence through safe use of assistive equipment (e.g., Sara Steady, Hoyer Lift, Sit-to-Stand, Hover Mat, Wheelchairs). * Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy and rehabilitation goals. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members. * Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital policies. * Float to acute care units as needed.
