We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Pre-Construction Team. In this role you will be the primary and single point of contact for projects of all sizes, scopes and levels of complexity within our Pre-Construction team.

The Role

• Plan, organize and manage projects within scope, timeline and budget expectations

• Lead projects with a balanced focus on achievement of targeted outcomes, meeting internal and external stakeholder needs and creating efficiencies/reducing costs

• Provide full life cycle project leadership, including initial planning and assessment, project resourcing/team building, documentation/reporting and post-close project analysis

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing effective risk management strategies

• Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, providing clear direction and status updates

• Prepare and provide executive status updates - including both the technical and human-sides of project management

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct project management experience is required

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience

• Professional certifications are preferred but not necessary - PMP, Scrum Master, Lean/Agile, etc.

• Ability to work independently, be self-driven and a highly organized problem solver

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to speak with a wide variety of people

• Experienced using project tracking tools, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar

• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving

• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
