**Job Title: Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of 40 production employees on the 3rd shift. Your primary responsibilities include training, managing production goals, maintaining discipline, auditing payroll, ensuring safety, and correcting production and quality errors. **Responsibilities** + Learn company policies, procedures, and product line within the first week. + Exhibit strong leadership to ensure employees maintain production numbers and adhere to company standards. + Handle training and development of production staff. + Set and manage production goals and schedules. + Audit payroll and ensure compliance with safety regulations. + Address and resolve any production or quality issues. **Essential Skills** + 4-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing supervision. + Experience in operating and improving training programs. + High production rate experience, preferably from high-volume plants. + Production reporting and scheduling expertise. + Experience supervising a production team of 30+ people. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with stamping and tooling processes. + A relevant degree is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and high-production environment where you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. The plant operates with 8-10 stamping cells, each with at least 4 presses, ensuring a high-production environment. You will work the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, typically 6 days a week, with a workweek ranging from 55-60 hours.
