*What We’re Looking For:*
* Active Director’s Credential, FCCPC, Staff Credential (required).
* 3–5 years of leadership experience in an early childhood or preschool setting.
* Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing (DCF) regulations.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
* A true passion for fostering children’s development and creating a positive school culture.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
