We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **What qualifications you will need:** EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · Some college or technical training is preferred · Five years' experience in a particular trade such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, stationary operating engineer, etc. · Three years' experience in a healthcare setting. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: None KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: · Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English. · Ability to read and understand facility drawings and technical documentation. · Ability to work with computer applications including e-mail, building automation systems, computerized maintenance management systems, fire alarm systems, etc. · Good critical thinking skills to understand and be able to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. · Ability to learn and master computer, machinery and system operating procedures, · Customer service skills including effective listening Medical City Dallas is recognized for its advanced medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care.
