We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on transforming senior care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
Leverage advanced technology platforms for real-time updates, telehealth consultations, and care coordination.
Support patients with chronic disease management, preventative care, and medication management.
Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination efforts to enhance patient engagement and well-being.
Qualifications
Active Physician Assistant (PA) license and board certification.
Experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Psychiatry is preferred.
Strong clinical decision-making skills with a patient-focused approach.
Interest in utilizing technology to optimize patient outcomes and streamline workflows.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare setting.
Compensation & Benefits
