Our team is growing, and we’re searching for a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant who’s equal parts skilled, compassionate, and fun.

What You’ll Do

As our newest PTA, you’ll:

• Support physical therapists in delivering individualized, play-driven treatment plans
• Help children build motor skills, strength, balance, and confidence
• Turn therapy sessions into joyful, engaging experiences
• Communicate with caregivers, celebrate milestones, and adjust strategies as needed
• Keep accurate documentation (we promise—no unnecessary paperwork!)
• Collaborate with a team that loves teamwork as much as it loves stickers

Who You Are

You might be our ideal candidate if you:

• Are a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or soon to be)
• Have a heart for helping children of all abilities
• Bring creativity into your treatment sessions—think obstacle courses, songs, games, and imaginative play
• Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
• Believe in progress—no matter how big or small

Experience with pediatrics is a plus, but bright energy and a willingness to learn are equally valuable!
