Join Our Pastry Team!

Position: Pastry Cook – Croissant Production
Location: Long Island City, Queens (just 2 blocks from the 7 train)
Schedule: 3 days per week | 5am-1pm

We’re looking for a talented Pastry Cook to join our Croissant Production team! At Amy’s Bread, we’re passionate about creating delicious, hand-crafted pastries made with skill and heart.

If you love the aroma of fresh butter and the precision of perfect lamination, this is your chance to work alongside an experienced pastry team.

What You’ll Do

• Craft our signature croissants, Danish, and pain au chocolate from start to finish
• Roll butter into dough, sheet, cut, and shape each pastry with care
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across every batch

What We’re Looking For

• A pastry professional with experience in laminated doughs
• Someone who loves hands-on, detail-oriented work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a cool kitchen, and stay focused in a busy environment
• A positive teammate who learns quickly, communicates well, and takes pride in their craft

Formal pastry or culinary training is a plus, but passion, precision, and consistency are what really make you stand out.
