Job Summary

• We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A Audubon & Barrington. We pride ourselves in having the best people in the business. This is a fast paced environment and we have high expectations of our employees, but we also take good care of our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence
• Loading, transporting, and delivering food orders to our guests on time.
• Follow all food safety standards and CFA procedures when preparing food items for all orders.
• Collect and package all utensils, condiments, plates, etc. required for orders.
• Prepare and package food products for Catering orders such as gallon beverages, coffee, CFA nuggets, CFA sandwiches, salads, etc.
• Verify accuracy in orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling feedback from guests.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Report and work out of both Audubon and Barrington locations as needed and as directed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with 3 years of driving experience.

Must have a CLEAN driving record.

Own and be able to navigate your smartphone for apps required for the position.

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.

Strong time management and customer service skills.

Lift and carry heavy items for extended periods

Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays!
