We are a family newly moved to the Rice Military area in Houston, TX, seeking a reliable part-time sitter for our daughters, ages 9 and 4, both of whom speak Turkish and English. The position involves school pickups, occasional activity transportation, homework assistance, playtime, and preparing light dinners. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with an optional morning drop-off from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. We guarantee 16 hours per week, with the potential for up to 24 hours if available for mornings. The job is steady throughout the school year and beyond. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, with higher rates for morning availability and Turkish fluency. No pets are present in the home. Driving is required, but feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines are not part of the duties. We plan to have the sitter start right after the new year.
