Job Summary:


The Territory Executive / Business Development professional will be a pivotal force in expanding Falck Mobile Health's presence and services within a designated geographic territory. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with both B2C (senior population with Medicare/Commercial insurance) and B2B (primary care physician groups, senior living communities, home health agencies, Medicare Advantage plans, and community organizations) target markets. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen, capable of executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for the Mobile Care division.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales Strategy:


• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and grow the Falck Mobile Care market share within the assigned territory.


• Identify and engage top B2B prospects, including primary care physician groups, senior living communities, home health agencies, Medicare Advantage plans, and community organizations.


• Target and engage the B2C senior population with Medicare and Commercial insurance through various outreach methods.


• Participate in and organize key events and outreach initiatives such as health fairs, senior centers, assisted living residencies, and community events, including partnering with community education events, to showcase Falck Mobile Care services.


• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches, effectively communicating Falck Mobile Care's unique selling propositions to diverse audiences.


• Drive consistent patient referrals from physician practices, home health agencies, hospitals, and senior living facilities by establishing Falck Mobile Care as the partner of choice.


• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to address any service concerns quickly, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term retention.


Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients and partners.


• Manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships effectively using a designated CRM platform [Specific CRM platform to be decided].


• Meet defined expectations for customer/prospect touches, including calls, visits, emails, and event participation, on a weekly/monthly basis.


Market Insight & Reporting:


• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory to identify new opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.


• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to management.


• Contribute insights to the overall sales and marketing strategy for the Mobile Care division.


Qualifications: 


• Proven 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare, mobile health, or senior care sectors.


• Demonstrated success in both B2C and B2B sales environments.


• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including Medicare, Commercial insurance, primary care, senior living, home health, and Medicare Advantage plans.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and achieve sales targets.


• Proficiency in using CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.


• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (80% Field / 20% Office)


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
