Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules . The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall Oracle HCM experience, with at least 5+ years working specifically on Fusion HCM implementations and support.
This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge to provide solutions, enhancements, and production support for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and customizations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and healthcare benefits setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain documentation, configurations, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.
- Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions with a strong focus on Fusion HCM .
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules is mandatory .
- Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR .
- Experience with fast formulas, HCM extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports .
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work on system enhancements.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
