Procedures:
- Ventilation Management, Invasive (ETT)
- Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP), Chest Tube Insertion
- Exchange Transfusions, UAC/UVC placement, LPs
- Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
- Insertion of C-Line and A-Line
- Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps
Beds in the Dept: 16 (NICU)
NICU Level: III
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
- Required to Attend C-Sections
- Required to Cover the Level I (Well-Baby) Nursery
- Will supervise other health care providers such as RNs in the NICU and other ancillary staff as needed
- Must have experience and be comfortable managing patients independently
