Medical Director - Primary Care Physician

Join an expanding Primary Practice Group in Jacksonville, FL within minutes to beautiful beaches and Saint Johns River communities.  Group has a significant footprint with 50+ providers in 5 outpatient clinics, esteemed subsidiary of a national (value based) healthcare organization.  Full spectrum practice, including family and internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and inpatient services.  Ancillary services offered include lab diagnostic, imaging, ultrasound.  

Active support leadership with administration and supervision of providers.  Split clinical time/admin time (50-50).   Collaborative culture. Outpatient clinic (M-F), no evenings, no weekends.  Support an established patient panel, including underserved to managed care. 

Requirements:

• BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
• Managed care/value-based practice experienced preferred
• Medical Directorship experience desired
• FL license, or eligible

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base ($275k)
• Productivity incentive (25% of base salary)
