We have a full kitchen where we have been serving award winning food and have been featured on Food Network, Food Channel, Travel Channel and Local and National News programs. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you have probably only scratched the surface on one or two of these categories but we will give you the chance to learn about all these in depth. You will need to handle purchasing, kitchen management, employee training, payroll, invoicing & inventories and especially customer service amongst other things.
