LPN/LVN - PACE at Providence Health and Services summary:

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Providence PACE, providing care to elderly patients through clinics and home visits. The role requires licensure, a BLS certification, and experience in long-term or geriatric care, focusing on supporting older adults to live independently. $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education sufficient for licensure.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
  • 1 year Long term care or related geriatric experience.
  • Experience working with the frail and elderly.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
