What You'll Do As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll play a key role in planning and leading fun, engaging, and meaningful activities for our seniors in assisted living and memory care. Your goal? Make every day fulfilling! * Plan and lead creative daily programs (games, painting, crafts, fitness, music, and more!) * Bring fresh, inclusive ideas to keep things exciting * Encourage resident participation and customize activities to meet their needs * Track participation, mood, and feedback * Collaborate with families and fellow team members * Serve as a backup driver for outings and appointments What We’re Looking For * A friendly, outgoing, and creative spirit * Dependability and initiative—you're a go-getter! * Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs (chairs, tables, supplies) * Valid Food Handler’s Permit (or willing to get one) * Clean motor vehicle record (required for driving residents) * 2 years of experience in a similar role required * Senior living experience preferred Perks & Benefits * Free meals on every shift * On-Demand Pay – Access earned wages anytime * Tuition reimbursement & ongoing education opportunities * Career growth in a growing organization Apply Today!
