Job Title: Lead Pavement Markings Technician
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We’re seeking a reliable and experienced
Lead Pavement Markings Technician to
supervise and work alongside field crews , ensuring pavement marking projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role involving equipment operation, job site coordination, and crew development.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and assist crews with pavement marking jobs
- Interpret project plans and organize jobsite execution
- Set up and tear down work zones following safety protocols
- Operate equipment such as paint trucks, forklifts, skid steers, and trailers
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and project contacts
- Complete daily reports and quantity tracking
- Provide on-site training to crew members
- Perform manual labor including raking, shoveling, and brooming
Requirements: - Valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Mechanical and basic electrical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years in construction or traffic control/pavement marking
