Insulation Installer

Are you a reliable, hands-on individual looking for a stable career in the construction trade? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing company, dedicated to improving energy efficiency and comfort for our clients.

Position – Insulation Installer

Job Location – Fond du Lac/Sheboygan

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $20+

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Some prior construction experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

· Safely and efficiently install various types of insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) in residential and commercial buildings.

· Prepare and clean installation sites, ensuring proper ventilation and safety protocols are followed.

· Measure, cut, and fit insulation to walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.

· Seal and secure insulation for maximum performance.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.

· Adhere to all company safety guidelines and building codes.

Qualifications

· Previous experience (1+ years preferred) as an Insulation Installer, or general construction/labor experience with a desire to learn the trade.

· Ability to read basic blueprints or installation diagrams is a plus.

· Must be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces), and in varying weather conditions.

· Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) and perform demanding physical labor.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
