Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and staining by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Apply paint and stain using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and a professional appearance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or industrial coatings is a plus.
• Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
