Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $28-38/hr.

Shift: All Shifts Available

Locations: York, PA - Lancaster, PA - Hanover, PA - Mount Joy, PA

Type: Full-Time - Shop positions and Field positions available

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and repair as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment failures.
  • Install new machinery and equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with production operators and engineers to improve equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls for repairs.
